The rooms were clean and the buffet varied. The outside area was very well maintained and beautiful.
Unfortunately during our stay the cleaning staff stole money from us (30€). Furthermore we had to pay 19 € on the last evening, although we had booked all-inclusive and informed ourselves exactly what was included, because according to the reception we had eaten something which was not included and we had already signed the bill.

Food was great. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The location was good, too.
We had some problems with the Wlan during the first few days (it's not that important on vacation) but afterwards it went great.

hotel complex
The staff consisted mainly of trainees at the beginning of their training without trainers. The food was presented badly. The dining room urgently needs to be renovated (seating tables are rotten). The food in the warming containers was unappetising. We only ate freshly grilled and Canarian potatoes. Vegetables and fruit were also unappetizing and poorly presented. The entire presentation of the rich buffet would have to be changed to make it more attractive.

The hotel is in a good location. The beach and the beautiful beach promenade can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes. The room is clean and very spacious and has a large balcony with a sea view. The outdoor area, especially the pool area, is beautiful and well maintained. The Chill Out terrace with pool, sunbeds and restaurant on the last floor is a great place to relax for an extra charge. Beautiful view and very good food with excellent service.
The breakfast buffet was relatively hectic and the cutlery and plates often ran out.

Impressed with our family room, especially for the kids! the location is superb, and we didn't mind paying extra for all the amenities. It's a peaceful area 🌿.

The athmosphere at this property was outstanding. So family orientated. Fantastic facilities for chrildren of all ages.
I think the rooms at the gloria palace are not suitabel for young chrildren because: 1. There is no safety lock on the room door. 2. The phone is a choaking hazzard. 3. Food choice for very young chrildren aged 1-2 is limited.
